Our Story

My wife and I love coffee. Both of us could literally get high on the aroma. But we both hated the jittery spike that caffeine often provided. I had to stop drinking coffee altogether when I developed a serious autoimmune disorder that was wreaking havoc on my body, leading to serious inflammatory responses that took a toll on my immune system. The fatigue was overwhelming, the worry even more so. I found myself frantically searching for solutions—natural remedies that could help restore balance and improve my energy levels. In my quest, I stumbled upon the world of medicinal mushrooms, a hidden treasure known for their potential health benefits.

As I delved deeper into the research, I was stunned to uncover the adaptogenic properties these fungi possessed. They were said to support immunity, enhance vitality, and even promote mental clarity—all vital elements I desperately needed to regain control of my health. Simultaneously, my wife’s longing for a coffee without the caffeine rush led us to consider creating a blend that would cater to both our needs.
